Bloated stomach

If a person cannot digest their food properly, bloating and gas can occur as the bacteria in the gut start to digest the unprocessed food. We all have bacteria that reside in gut and help us to take care of the food we eat. When food that has not been fully digested enters portions of the digestive tract, the bacteria can take care of what has not been absorbed and the result of this process is problems in the stomach and bloating from the excess gas that is produced.
